I Want To Return An Item I Purchased. What Should I Do?

Please Follow The Steps Outlined Below For Returning An Item:

2. **Condition Of The Item:**

   – Ensure That Home Decor And Gift Items Are Undamaged, And Food Products Are Unopened With All Original Packaging And Tags Intact.

3. **Initiating A Return:**

   – Contact Us With Your Details, And We Will Arrange A Courier To Pick Up The Item And Have It Sent Back To Us.

4. **Refund Process:**

   – Upon Receipt And After Conducting A Quality Check On The Returned Item, The Refund Will Be Processed.

   – For Card Orders, The Refund Will Be Credited To The Original Account Used For The Purchase.

   – For Cash On Delivery Orders, The Refund Will Be Processed Via Bank Transfer.

A Collection And Re-Delivery Fee May Be Applied Based On The Actual Delivery Charges. Kindly Note That This Process Will Take 3-7 Working Days To Be Fulfilled.

3. **Refund Collection:**

   – Returning Items For A Refund Can Either Be Collected Via The Same Courier Service At Your Request, Or You May Use A Reliable Courier To Send It Back To Us. Refunds Will Be Processed After Inspection Of The Returned Items. The Total Value Of The Order Will Be Refunded Except For Delivery Charges. Transfers Can Be Made To Any Bank Nominated By You. A Notification With Proof Will Be Sent When The Transfer Has Been Made. This Usually Takes 2 Working Days Upon Receiving The Returned Package.
